Refunds

Eligibility for Refund:

  1. Refunds will only be processed if the product is received in a broken condition.
  2. To initiate a refund request, customers must provide clear, high-resolution pictures of: 
    1. The damaged product.
    2. The packaging (including shipping labels)
    3. Customer must initiate the refund request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Refund Process:

  1. Submit your refund request along with the required proof (pictures) to our customer service team at [support@daksizh.com].
  2. Our team will review the submitted proof and notify you of the outcome within [time frame 5-7 business days].
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within [time frame 7-10 business days].

Note:

  • Refund requests without appropriate proof will not be considered.
  • This policy applies only to products received in a damaged state; no refunds will be issued for any other reasons.
