Refunds
Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds will only be processed if the product is received in a broken condition.
- To initiate a refund request, customers must provide clear, high-resolution pictures of:
- The damaged product.
- The packaging (including shipping labels)
- Customer must initiate the refund request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The damaged product.
Refund Process:
- Submit your refund request along with the required proof (pictures) to our customer service team at [support@daksizh.com].
- Our team will review the submitted proof and notify you of the outcome within [time frame 5-7 business days].
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within [time frame 7-10 business days].
Note:
- Refund requests without appropriate proof will not be considered.
- This policy applies only to products received in a damaged state; no refunds will be issued for any other reasons.
